Most of us want to live our lives to the fullest. We don’t want to live them full of cavities. In this video, you will learn how to keep your dentist happy by avoiding cavities.

Instead, it is a plan and the continuous daily choices to stick to that plan. You can start by scheduling regular dentist appointments. Dentists will clean your teeth and point you in the right direction. They are happy to answer any questions you may have. They also offer x-rays to get more insights into your oral health.

Cavities are also known as dental caries or dental decay. They are often a result of poor dental hygiene. Thankfully, they are fairly easy to prevent. Make sure you are regularly brushing your teeth twice a day at least. You may also want to cut some of the sugar out of your diet. Sugar directly correlates with cavities. You don’t have to cut out sugar completely, just cut down on the sugar.
