However, too many sweets can encourage the bacteria in your mouth to produce more acid that burns through your teeth. The mixture in question is fairly simple to make. It only requires two ingredients and water. Those ingredients are a quarter teaspoon of both baking soda and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Place these ingredients in a half cup of water and you are good to go. Carefully brush this mixture on your teeth once per day after your nightly dental routine.
